LCSW
LMSW, CADC/ADC
I was born and raised in Southeast Idaho with a passion for helping others find strength. With over 10 years as a foster and adoptive parent, I gained insight into childhood trauma's impact on adulthood. This led me to pursue a Social Work degree, which I earned in 2015, along with a Drug and Alcohol Certification.
I have extensive experience in mental health and substance abuse, providing therapy and support to those facing related challenges. I am dedicated to supporting the LGBTQIA+ community and aiding individuals in their journey toward self-acceptance and self-love, driven by personal and family experiences.
I strive to create a safe, supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts, build resilience, and achieve their goals. My roles have included case manager and therapist, using CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing to facilitate client success.
